Portage Plains United Way is looking for a part time Administrative Assistant. This position is a key role for the Portage Plains United Way in the performance of day to day operations & achieving our financial goals.
Primary duties of this position include providing support to Executive Director, office administration, assisting in coordinating & marketing events, fundraising campaign support, volunteer coordination, as well as other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have experience working as an administrative assistant and/or have worked at engaging the public. Great attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are key to being successful in this role. As well strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task is an asset. Proficiency in MS Office and a working knowledge of office equipment is preferred.
